New: Lambeth’s perinatal mental health pathway

Lambeth’s Perinatal Mental Health Pathway brings together partners across health, local authority and the voluntary and community sector to provide coordinated, timely and compassionate support for parents during pregnancy and the first two years of their child’s life.

The pathway aims to identify emotional wellbeing and mental health needs early, ensure families receive the right support at the right time, and reduce barriers to accessing services. By offering a joined-up approach, the pathway promotes positive parental mental health, strengthens parent-infant relationships, supports infant development, and helps give every child the best possible start in life.
