Lambeth Community Early Help
Lambeth Community Early Help is a partnership approach to ensuring that children, young people, and families receive additional support at the earliest opportunity to prevent difficulties and take immediate action when emerging difficulties are identified to prevent them from getting worse.
Our vision is to make a positive difference for children, young people, and families by providing the best early help support in the country. We will do this by strengthening relationships and building upon the collective skills, knowledge and resources of our families, our communities, and our council.
There are Four Community Early Help locality teams in Lambeth, providing targeted assessment and intervention with families, as well as actively working in partnership with a range of community services for families to further build their capacity to provide whole family support.
