The Lambeth Safeguarding Children Partnership (LSCP) Minimum Standards for Safe Commissioning set out the expectations for all organisations that are commissioned by Lambeth Council to provide services for children, young people and families in respect of safeguarding responsibilities.

They serve as a baseline for what is expected in relation to safeguarding children by organisations commissioned by the Council.

They also provide a helpful framework for non-commissioned organisations to develop their safeguarding policy and procedure.
